Professor and Integrated Pest Management Coordinator, Cooperative Extension Service, Oklahoma State University. July 1992-Present.

Associate Professor and Integrated Pest Management Coordinator, 1987-1992;

Assistant Professor and Integrated Pest Managment Coordinator, 1982-1987.

Coordinate with Plant Pathology, Entomology, Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, and Agricultural Engineering, pest management programs in stored grain, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, beef, urban, cotton, and alfalfa throughout Oklahoma.

National Program Leader, Integrated Pest Management, 1989-1990, USDA Extension Service. Sabbatical from OSU.

Research Assistant, University of Minnesota, Department of Entomology, Fisheries and Wildlife. Conducted research on economic injury levels and economic thresholds for insects and alfalfa, ran efficacy tests on alfalfa, soybeans and potatoes, and assisted in pest management research on peas, potatoes and cabbage. March 1979-82.
