  "Four Meals" Presentation

 

 

The goals of the initiative are:

-- Survey potential institutional buyers of local foods

-- Identify current and potential future producers of local foods

-- Create linkages between buyers and producers through electronic media,
person-to-person, and other venues.

-- Promote rural renaissance of locally produced farm and value added products,
keeping revenue in the region.
