Comparing strawberry yield and quality under high tunnel units with field production

High tunnels are used for early spring or off-season strawberry production. The objectives of this project are to compare growth and development of two strawberry cultivars under field and high tunnel production systems. In addition we will evaluate yield performance and berry quality under these two production systems in Kansas.
