Undergraduate Students:
In 1985 I initiated and developed the dual-degree program in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences with faculty in the Kinesiology Department. This program has 100+ students. I wrote a 50+ page booklet for students in this major - Survival Guide - Nutrition and Exercise Science, which is updated annually, and is now on the web at: http://www.oznet.ksu.edu/pr_nuex/advising.htm
I also an the advisor for the undergraduate program in Public Health Nutrition which currently numbers about 60 students.
Graduate Students:
I have served as major professor for 28 graduate students since 1979 (23 M.S., 5 PhD); and have served on the committees of an additional 38 graduate students (29 M.S., 9 PhD)
