ADD / DROP Policies

If you need to change your schedule, you should DROP and ADD courses as early as possible, because you have to pay tuition fees based on the number of credit hours.  Full refunds are not given after the first full calendar week of the semester. Specific deadlines for adding/dropping courses and refunds are listed on the KSU Academic Calendar .

You can go through ADD/DROP either by getting a signed ADD/DROP form from your advisor and taking it to the Enrollment Center (Willard 210), or you can add/drop by yourself directly through iSIS at  http://isis.k-state.edu  (iSIS deadlines are posted on its website).

Add/drop can be done right after you have gone through early enrollment, before classes begin, and up to the deadlines specified in the Academic Calendar.

The list of closed classes can be accessed at its website:  http://courses.ksu.edu . Usually students are not allowed to add or enroll in closed classes unless the instructor gives them special individual permission to add, either electronically or with the paper "Course Section Permit" form from the instructor which the student takes to the Enrollment Center in Willard 210.
