Canola is a beautiful crop when it is flowering or in bloom. It grows to a height of 4 to 5 feet tall. It is an edible oil crop because the seeds have a very high oil content. The seeds are crushed and the oil is removed. I’m sure you’ve seen canola oil at the grocery store. |
