Annual Membership Dues

Dues will be paid at the Annual Meeting each year. Voting members who are unable to attend the annual meeting should send their $25 dues to the meeting or to CAMI Treasurer, Peter Kimble, N.D., 3205 Clinton Parkway Ct., Lawrence, KS 66047.
