Mission Nutrition: Cooking for Better Health:
Mission Nutrition is a nutrition education
program designed to help low income pregnant women and women with young children maximize the resources available to them and improve the quality of their diets. There are six lessons based on the Food Guide Pyramid, each emphasizing active participation of the learner. Each lesson includes a detailed facilitator guide, background information, recipes, and participant handouts.

Mealtime/Familytime -- Healthy Family Eating
The materials in MealTime/FamilyTime are designed to encourage families to share meal preparation tasks and to value mealtime as a family event. This site contains the Teaching Guide as well as the five handouts but does not include the 24 menus that come with the complete packet. H.E.L.P.: A Healthy Eating for Life Program for Mature Adults
The H.E.L.P. Program consists of an Introductory Meeting and sixteen Lessons with handouts, Challenges and Recipes. Pre- and post tests are provided for behavior changes and stages of changes. An Instructor's manual and additional teaching resources are also included. It encourages mature adults to eat a variety of nutritious foods from the Food Guide Pyramid. It can be used to train caregivers, used in groups, as a learn-at-home lesson, or one-on-one lesson.
