Fruits & Veggies – More Matters --This site by the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention features an archive of “fruits and vegetables of the month”
fact sheets. The searchable recipe database promotes fruit and vegetables
and the use of whole grains. All recipes are low in fat and cholesterol,
with minimal use of salt.
