BRIEF DESCRIPTION (include major objectives)

Nutrition:  Good for You is a curriculum written for those who provide child care for young children.  It consists of five lessons that:

1) incorporate the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2000, 5th ed.; 2) emphasize the interaction of physical activity and nutrition; 3) emphasize the interaction of nutrition and oral health; 4) offer practical ways for childcare providers, parents, and others to apply these concepts in their work with young children.
