Family Nutrition Program is designed to improve the nutrition status of food stamp participants and eligibles of all ages through nutrition education in Kansas counties. Behavioral objectives are the following. Participants will: choose and prepare nutritious meals, balance the food they eat with physical activity, use safe food handling practices and manage their food resources.
