Description: Greenhouse systems operations and management including
greenhouse layout; structures; glazing materials; heating, ventilation, irrigation,
lighting, benching, growing medium handling, and fertilization systems; traffic flow; crop
handling, processing and shipping. Two hours recitation and two hours lab a week.
