Position: Teaching and Research - Environmental Stress Physiology: low temperature stress and molecular biology (7 tenths research, 3 tenths teaching.)

Responsibilities: Research interests include low temperature survival and injury in plants with emphasis on understanding cold tolerance, cold acclimation and injury using whole plant and molecular genetics approaches. Some of the related areas of research include freezing behavior in plant tissues, cell water relations at low temperatures and developing cold tolerant plants.
