WHEAT QUALITY AS IT RELATES TO MILLING AND BAKING PROPERTIES: A three day course emphasizing the importance of wheat quality. Conducted in December in Manhattan. KSU-AFIA

FEED MANUFACTURING SHORT COURSE: A two week course emphasizing all major cost centers and aspects of feed manufacturing. The course includes 7 labs (16 hours) and 56 hours of lecture. Features KSU faculty and industry leaders as lecturers. Held on even numbered years the first two weeks of June in Manhattan.

FEED MANUFACTURING SHORT COURSE (June 3 - 13, 2002)

GRAIN GRADING SCHOOLS: Emphasis is placed on the practical aspects of grading wheat, corn, sorghum, soybeans, and sunflowers. Primarily a hands-on training session 6 hours in length, conducted at 8 locations throughout Kansas the last week of February and first week of March.
