and Feed Product Protection (Spring 2007) |
Sanitation in relation to
processing, handling, and storage of human and animal foods. Emphasis on
contaminants, control of causative agents, equipment and plant design,
applicable laws and regulations. Three hours of lectures and three hours
of laboratory sessions per week. (4 credit hours)
Prerequisite:
Minimum of eight
hours of biological science and junior standing.
