      KIM (Keep It Managed) is another software program that provides omega-3 information. Omega-6       content is also included. KIM can be downloaded from http://ods.od.nih.gov/eicosanoids.
      To help you download and install KIM, you may want to download this KIM.pdf before starting.

      The USDA Food Composition Database, found at       http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/index.html, will provide information on omega-3 fat content       of foods. You may also put the USDA Database on your PDA.
