Publication Return Policy
Publication returns will be accepted only from county/district offices, area offices and departments.  No returns will be accepted for videos, CD-ROMs or software. Publications must be returned within 60 days of ship date, in original condition, and include a copy of the original invoice.  A credit will be issued to the account at the regular price,  less a return fee of 25% of the catalog price ($5 minimum).
