How wheat moves through the milling process
	This diagram starts in the upper left corner. You can see the first steps include the grain cleaning. In the middle section the wheat is tempered (water added) and it goes to the first break (or mill). And that starts the sifting and grinding process until all the flour is extracted (at the bottom right corner of the diagram) and it is delivered to stores or bakeries.
